OTA 發行NFC手機的電子識別證的流程

NFC在行動支付一直是熱門的話題，因為NFC手機及TSM的環境尚未成型，所以，對於如何利用OTA來發行NFC的電子識別證的流程，沒有太多的技術文件來說明，這個流程是如何來達成的?

根據下圖的架構圖，使用者從想要一張NFC的電子識別證開發，以簡訊傳送需求給BSM，從簡訊的訊息中，解讀出發送端之手機號碼，並於資料庫找到相對應之USIM卡之資料，並結合EMV的資料後，經由OTA的方式，傳送到具有NFC功能的手機，其中圖沒有TSM，但是有BSM，但從其機制及運作模式來看，TSM與BSM類似，或許從BSM的角度來切入市場，更為容易!
